Do you have any sort of rev/cutoff device in place? I see you have an automatic so it's not quite as necessary, but it's a $50 safety net. And I highly, HIGHLY recommend you read one of the many nitrous books out there (Pettitt's books are great) before you even turn that valve. I know this isn't answering your question directly, but given that you had to ASK if you "feel the nitrous", it tells me you may need to read up a bit more before you experiment and pop your motor. It's not the nitrous that kills motors, it's knowing when to use it, how to tune for it and what to pay attention to in case things aren't going right. But yes, you will SURELY feel it =)
